Our stunning, one bedroom/one bathroom suite has exceptional features including new stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and new furniture throughout. The bathroom features a new wood vanity, sink, and clear glass shower enclosure.
From the lanai, the 180 degree views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai are breathtaking! Beautiful outdoor furniture is included making it the perfect spot for enjoying outdoor meals, sipping cocktails, watching spectacular sunsets, and relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. During the winter months, it is the ideal place to watch the whales breach.

This magnificent condo has a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking and entertainment needs. The large bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with a flat screen TV. The condo also has central air conditioning throughout to keep you cool day and night. There is a second flat screen TV in the living room for your entertainment pleasure. Free wi-fi and cable are provided.

The Maui Kai Resort features a beautiful heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, free parking, gas barbecues, a poolside cabana with kitchen, laundry facilities, and much more. Maui Kai is steps from the water and a short walk on the Ka'anapali Beachwalk trail to many shops and restaurants. A grocery store is right across the street and there is a farmer's market within walking distance. Whaler's village and Kapalua Golf Course and Bay are just a short drive away.

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are enforced.

*Recent Review: We had a wonderful stay at Maui Kai 908. The condo was clean, well supplied, and in a great location. The lanai was perfect for sitting and watching whales. We also had a great view of the ocean and the beach from the large side window by the kitchen table. The condos were quiet and you never heard any neighbors. Epic Realty was quick to respond when we had an issue with our key card.

Lovely private corner unit RIGHT on the water- Ka’anapali

I stayed at this lovely one bedroom unit for a week. The communications were amazing with both the Epic realty people as well as the maintenance folks AT Maui Kai. Loved the location, with views out over the water (and MANY MANY whales and turtles every single day), plus everything in the condo was just what i needed. Had a minor AC issue (odd noises repeating via the ductwork) and the Epic folks told management and maintenance right away and someone was sent up within the hour the same day. Didn’t solve the entire problem, but the noises were diminished and the AC cooling properties were never compromised! All in all a very nice place to stay and of course I didn't want to leave. Nice people staying there as well as working there. Enjoyed it so much.
