This cottage was such a pleasant surprise… We are on a fall road trip, and our first stay was in Warm Springs Georgia… it was absolutely awful…the “ 5 Star” cabin that we rented was dark, dirty, dated and dingy…what a HUGE relief to arrive at the little Stone cottage in Murfreesboro. This darling cottage not only updated, it was extremely clean and fresh. It was also very well stocked with every essential a visitor to there area could possibly need. The backyard, which was fenced and very private, was a most welcomed amenity for our two dogs that we are travelling with. Our hosts James and Laramy were very communicative. Truthfully, this is my first experience with doing multiple VRBO stays over an extended few weeks and I can assure you, you definitely cannot necessarily believe all the reviews. The Little Stone Cottage in Murfreesboro truly is 5 STAR!

We enjoyed our stay here. The yard was perfect for the dogs, the kitchen was great for cooking regular meals vs having to eat out and the area had decent grocery stores near by. There was nothing bad I could say about the property - 100% met our needs. I will definitely stay again.

The house is a perfect size for a family of four! Close to a lot of food options and easy access to main roads to get around town. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean.

Great location

My husband stayed here for a week while taking classes. The location was close to everything he needed. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The house was clean and well kept. We will be staying here again.

Great little property close to everything in Murfreesboro. Fenced in backyard was perfect and much appreciated for our dog. There is a nice park (Oakland’s) not far away if you want green space and a lovely setting for walk/run. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

Great getaway in the Little Stone House

We were in town for our son’s soccer tournament and couldn’t be happier w/ this find. Just a few miles from the fields and centrally located to a lot of great restaurants. It’s also only 30ish minutes outside of Nashville which is a plus. We’d definitely stay here again.
