Holiday house in Balatonbereny Hungary, Apartment on the upper floor, all year round

It is rented here, in a beautiful holiday home with two apartments in Balatonbereny on the south-western Balaton (15km from Keszthely), a 100sqm apartment upstairs with balcony. The apartment is bookable all year round, as well as heated and can accommodate 4-8 people.
Pool, air conditioning, 600 m lake, sauna in the garden, trampoline, deck chairs, swing for children, parking on the property, .WiFi, TV. Bathroom with tub and shower plus guest toilet.
It is, as I said, the upper floor of a house with two apartments. The apartments are of course completely separate and can be reached via a common entrance. Of course, the house is completely equipped with mosquito repellent.

Beautiful quiet resort with great and child-friendly beach and in 2km also nude beach. In the village and the neighboring villages there is catering for everyone's taste.

The apartment is in mint condition with high quality equipment. Washing machine, bedding, kitchen, two bedrooms. Can be bedded with double bed in the extra room, travel cots and cot.

Bicycle rental possibly possible. Barbecues possible.
Keszthely 15km, Heviz 20km, Zalakaros 25km. Small Balaton 20km
A holiday for people who do not want to party every day.

Minimum booking 7 days. One time € 50 for final cleaning and linen. Sauna use per day 10 €. Sauna towel rental per piece 1 €.

Very suitable also in winter for people who are looking for rest and relaxation or as a base for a bathing trip Heviz, Zalakaros and other thermal baths. Also in the time of the grape harvest and Christmas / New Year's Eve is gladly booked.

If you are more than 6 people, you can also rent the ground floor property number 2511418 (up to 6 people) if available.
