About this property

House with terrace, balcony and sea view.
On the lower floor are the well-equipped kitchen and the living-dining area with access to the terrace and a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms; one with access to a balcony with sea views and a bathroom.
Both floors are bright and flooded with light through the Glasfont, which is located towards the sea, so you have the sun all day.

Top Lage, super Blick

Das Ferienhaus liegt am oberen Rand von Santa Maria de Llorell. Durch die erhöhte Lage geht immer ein angenehmer Wind. Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Lagen in der Nähe der Teiche sind relativ wenig Mücken dort gewesen und man konnte auch abends gut auf der Terrasse sitzen ohne zerstochen zu werden. Strand ist hier sowieso top. Würde sagen einer der besten die ich kenne. Durch die private Zufahrt auch niemals voll. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und schön hell. Mehr braucht niemand...

Super schön gelegene Unterkunft

...die Unterkunft und das ganze Gebiet war für uns perfekt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca 1,4 km...kann man hin bestimmt gut schaffen, zurück bergauf wird es aber anstrengend. Wir haben das Auto benutzt, haben auch immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden.. der Ausblick Abends von der Terasse beim Wein oder auch beim Kaffee am Morgen ist einfach genial....
