About this property
Dog Friendly Log Cabin on 10 acres + Wood Stove, High Speed WiFi, AC!
Starry skies, crisp clean air, rolling hillsides and quiet forest surround you in a pet-friendly, 2,800 sq ft log cabin on 10 wooded acres offering all the amenities you need for the perfect ski trip, hiking adventure, or relaxing escape. Our home offers you the quintessential mountain getaway for gatherings big and small. Easy access to Stowe, Smugglers Notch, Jay Peak, Mad River Glen, Morrisville, & Montpelier. Lake Elmore is just 5 minutes away!
Cared for and maintained by experienced hosts (Superhosts/4.95 rating on other booking platform), that go above and beyond for their guests.
Want the quintessential Vermont getaway? Escape the hustle and bustle for a short while and find some peace, look no further than our log home located on 10 acres of quiet woods.
Picture yourself padding along the wood floors, pouring a hot cup of coffee, and snuggling in front of the wood burning stove. Start your day hearing our neighbor’s rooster crow in the morning, and take in the serenity of mountain life.
Make pancakes or waffles to smother in warm Vermont maple syrup in the fully equipped kitchen, or perhaps plop down at the game table and challenge your cabin-mates to a chess duel, battle of Risk, or spirited card game.
Plan an afternoon at Lake Elmore/Elmore State Park - just 5 minutes away! A scenic bike ride on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail (93 miles and counting), or a day on the Stowe slopes! Experience one of the many hiking trails, breweries, or golf courses nearby. Go antiquing or browse the shops in the nearby quaint town squares in Morrisville and Hardwick.
End the day watching the sunset behind the property with a glass of wine or an excellent craft beer from Lost Nation, Rock Art, The Alchemist, Hill Farmstead, Idletyme, Lawson's...the list goes on!
A perfect home-away-from-home for families, couples, or groups of skiers just wanting to be close to the mountains.
