Lovely, quiet home that is very close to the beach. Open floorplan was great for family meals and hangs, and the pool was great for the kids. Only one note: the closest beach at Millenium Park has some large rocks under the water that were hard on our feet. After the first day, we went to nearby Paradise Beach, and it was great sand and surf. Overall, the location is phenomenal and the space was perfect for our (extended family) of 8.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Only a couple of complaints. Only one roll of toilet paper in the master bath. So we had to buy tp. Also no soap in bathrooms. We had to use the hand soap. And lastly no pool towels.Other than that your place was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was such a pleasant stay! The location is amazing. Literally one block from the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool. The house was so clean and comfortable. The host was so responsive and nice. We will be staying here again for sure!

Amazing Beach Vacation Home

We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was the perfect place for our extended family to enjoy our holidays. Very spacious, we comfortably had 6 couples and a few singles with beds. The host gave us a fantastic array of welcome gifts. Truly amazing stay.

Great Fun for All

Walk to the Beach

WE enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar! Was nice to be so close to the beach and walking distance to the dog beach (only beach in Brevard Co that allows dogs). There is a lot to do and great restaurants near by. Home is like a new house, very clean and nicely furnished. Had a wonderful time.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful stay

We had the best time at Golden Beach Estates. The home was clean, great location, and the pool was amazing, super easy walk to the beach, brought pool toys and floats with us - which we left for future renters. Two bedrooms has pool access which was fabulous. Would recommend this home to anyone and would totally rents again. The communication from the homeowners was A+++.

The host was very attentive, answering each message immediately. Great communication is paramount with these VRBO rentals, and Ulrich was amazing. He also tended to every need promptly. Ulrich, if you read this, you’re the best!The house was very clean and felt very cared for. Every promised amenity was there and functional. The house was in a great location, too! Right in the heart of a lot that Melbourne and Cocoa Beach offer.
