Home Sweet Home! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Embrace the experience of primitive camping in a 10x10 tent sitting on a ledge overlooking the Nick-a-Jack trail. Sleeps 3-4 people comfortably and includes a table that seats two, a large hammock and fire pit!. This experience comes complete with a 2 cots, 5 gallons of clean drinking water and an interior light. You will also be greeted by a Wood Grill, Fire Ring with 4 chairs and a picnic table.
The space
Wanderland is a 70 acre Nature-lover’s dream! Located on Lookout Mountain in Rising Fawn GA, it is the perfect destination for out-of-the-ordinary adventures and amazing natural wonders. With 70 acres of beauty and brimming with wildflowers, scenic views, mesmerizing rock formations, and home to the tallest and deepest cave waterfall open to the public in the United States, Lookout Mountain is the best place to have a magical experience and make unforgettable memories with your group or loved ones! At Wanderland, every decision is made first with an eye towards sustainability and decreasing our footprint on our planet. Wanderland Campgrounds features Primitive campsites throughout the property. The land connects to Cloudland Canyon State Park, which campers will also have access to. Reconnect with nature with this unforgettable escape!

The Tent
Durable and breathable 100% cotton canvas in beige color and water Repellent. Double Stitch Reinforcement: All seams are double stitched, corners are reinforced for added strength. 1.Diameter 13.1ft (4m) bell tent: door height 59in, top height 98.4in, side wall height 23.6in, the stove hole center from floor is 15.7in. It can fit 1 queen-sized bed and 2 twin-sized beds. The tent allows you to roll up the sides of the tent so on a scorching afternoon you can lounge under canvas, enjoying the breezy shade beneath. There are 4 windows and 4 vents. Every tent comes complete with windows and vents covered in net yarn to keep to providing ventilation and airflow. Our half-moon windows have zip up covers to allow you to customize your desired level of ventilation and privacy. The camping canvas bell tent is stability, breathability and water-resistance.

All guest have the freedom to explore all of Wanderland! We ask that you are respectful of other guest; We will let you know if you should expect others on the land. Trails have been cleared, marked and lighted to get to and from the parking lot. You will hike into your camp site. We ask that you pack accordingly. Porter Potty’s are also located on the property at the parking lot. There is not any running water or electricity on the campground.

Wanderland Wildflowers
Wanderland is brimming with wildflowers. It is very important to make a conscious effort to leave these beautiful plants as you find them. We strongly believe in preserving our natural environment, so we ask that you take a picture with your phone or camera instead of picking these beauties. This will allow others the experience to see the wildflowers and keep the trail’s natural beauty and supports our “Leave No Trace” ethics.
