Newly renovated 1st floor, studio condo at Seafarer in Ogunquit!

Sleeps 2. Unit has full kitchen, full bath, living space with sectional couch for relaxing and sleeping, dining, and TV. The sectional couch is a pullout bed for 2 persons to sleep on a full size memory foam pull-out sleeper sofa. A high quality brooks stone 24” tall twin air mattress is available if needed.

(If you have a party larger than 2, please inquire about our adjoining unit which can be rented for an additional cost. It has full bath, dining space with table, ½ refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, living space with sleeping for 4 persons, including a double-full size bunk bed, and a queen memory foam pull-out sleeper/sofa. Complex has back yard, communal heated indoor pool and outdoor pool, charcoal grills, bike rack, and parking for one car.

You have a 5 minute walk to town; 15 minute walk to beach, or take the shuttle from the stop across the street to either beach or town.

Walk to the prestigious Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit Museum of American Art, Marginal Way nature walk, Perkins Cove fishing village or the Ogunquit Memorial Library.

Within 15 miles of town you can enjoy a day in the historic towns of York or Kennebunkport, Maine or historic Portsmouth, NH. A hike on Mount Agamenticus or a trip to York Wild Kingdom Zoo and Amusement Park are within 5 miles of town.

Cute place. All the necessities at your fingertips. Rose was an amazing host. Within walking distance to downtown for shopping and shows.

The condo was new and clean! Great location to walk into town and the Ogunquit Playhouse was right across the street. The only downfall and no fault of the owner was the chlorine in the indoor pool. My son developed a rash because the chlorine level was way too high.

The condo was well equipped but had only a pull out bed. It was exceedingly uncomfortable so we ended up using the two couches pictured. Not much of an improvement. There was only one parking pass ane we were initially told to park 1/2 mile away at $50. per day!!! Eventually we were allowed to park a second car but the lot was never full and parking two vehicles really shouldnt be such a problem. We left early.
