The property exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The house was very clean. The outdoor living was amazing. The communication was superb. The house was in close proximity to campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. Overall 5 stars! We will definitely be booking next year.

Great location and comfortable home! Lauren, the host, is by far the most helpful and available VRBO host I’ve ever dealt with. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need including some spices. The outside area is great for relaxing and grilling with the family!

If I could give this property ten stars, I would! Amazing host, location, and home. We could not have asked for a better vrbo. Cozy on the inside and has a great outdoor space. We all truly enjoyed it! And the big bonus… just a short walk to Doak Campbell Stadium. Thank you again and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place. We'll definitely be back.

I had to leave another VRBO because it had roaches. After one night in a hotel, I was lucky to find this place last minute. The owner was communicative, check-in was a breeze, the property was clean, and it had everything you could need for a VRBO stay.

Perfect location

Such a comfortable and lovely spot for our college tour. This place is so perfectly located close to both of the major colleges in a quiet street. Outdoor space was great for us to connect as a family at night. The host is communicative, welcoming and made organizing our accommodation easy.
