Two friends and I stayed for a ladies getaway weekend. Location was perfect for walking to meals and shops. We were impressed with how quiet the area was! On street parking was easy to find. Fairly bare bones, but had everything we needed!

Property was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. Location was great - we had friends that rented a property on the same street and we were walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and spacious flat in a great location. Very quiet street with beautiful old homes, and walking distance to Elmwood Ave. Perfect for our weeklong stay, and close to all the places we wanted to be - Delaware Park, Allentown, North Buffalo, and more.

Great spot for our trip to Buffalo! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was perfect—walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. Quiet, safe neighborhood and a great host. Comfortable home-base

A comfortable home-base for a stay in Buffalo on a lovely and quiet residential street. The house itself is laid out well, and the amenities were solid. If I'm ever back in Buffalo, I'll certainly stay again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, but if there is one thing missing, it would be central air. Such a hot summer, but the portable unit did an OK job, and each bedroom had a fan, so it was bearable. We would stay here again.

Buffalo visit

Nice neighborhood. We had family driving us around so we didn’t have to park in the street which could be a slight problem for others. The location was perfect for our needs & family events going on.

Excelent Oasis

A great getaway location, on a beautiful road. We loved our stay here. We were able to easily walk to local pubs, restaurants and coffee. The neighbourhood was breath taking with the fall colours and we felt very safe. Our apartment was spacious, tidy and was just as advertised. Highly recommend!!

Our Stay in Elmwood Village

Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable temperature. Enjoyed the porch. Beds were a bit low for older people like my wife and I, and the mattresses could be firmer. Very convenient location for museums, restaurants and for visiting with family and friends.

This apartment was very centrally located and clean , but considering the price basic amenities were lacking . Each bed had one thin blanket and we were there during a cold May weekend. The ironing board was a small table top that was not effective. There were no convenient plugs near tables. Conversations with the landlord were brisk and unhelpful.

Thank you for your review! We apologize that our home did not meet your standards. We have extra blankets and pillows in every closet and there are multiple outlets in each room. We would have been happy to share these details with you, or bring over another iron, however we did not receive any communication from you during your stay. The only communication we received from you was when you booked without reading our cancellation policy-which is listed in multiple places—and then became irate with us when we would not budge on our cancellation policy.
