New Renovation in Jan '24. 3rd full bathroom and tankless water heater added (think endless hot water for your large group). 5 bedrooms! Game room, hot tub, and a private basketball court. Your group will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. A short 20 minute drive to both Denver and Boulder. 30 minutes from DIA. 5 minute drive to the 1stBank Center. Walking distance to the Westminster Promenade, Westin Convention Center, and the Ice Centre. 5 minute drive to Christopher Fields and the Broomfield Industrial Complex. Our space is perfect for families, business teams, or groups of friends. Our home is newly renovated and has everything!
This 3000 sq ft family home is set up to entertain your group! It can sleep up to 14 people. Your group will sleep comfortably with our 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a queen pull out sofa bed(9 beds).
3 full modern bathrooms and a tankless water heater. Newest bathroom features a double rain overhead shower.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feed a large crew. Coffee and Tea provided to help kick start your mornings.
The garage has been renovated into a game room to entertain both the adults and kids in your group. Foosball, Darts, Ping Pong, and a speed bag will keep you busy. Family and adult board games to challenge your mind and provide hours of laughter.
The backyard features a hot tub and basketball court!
Unwind at night in the hot tub, or hanging out around the fire pit. HUGE backyard, equipped with yard games like cornhole, croquet, and bocce ball.
Our 3 season room is multipurpose and unique to our place.
This home is conveniently located directly in the middle of Denver and Boulder. World Class Skiing is just a short 45 minute drive away.

This was the perfect place for my family.Having the game room was a huge bonus.The hot tub was fun with the snow.When we are back in the spring/summer excited to use the back yard basketball hoop.

Perfect location

This house was everything we needed for our group, ranging from grandparents to a toddler! The location was perfect to get to all of the activities we went to. The neighborhood was quiet. Loved our stay!!

Beautiful home

This property was honestly amazing and meet more than our expectations with the game room and basketball court area the family had fun the jacuzzi was amazing as well and the home was very comfortable it had everything you need for your stay we definitely recommend this home to anyone

Perfect fit for our family of 11

Grandparents, adult kids and 5 grandsons! This house had it all. We loved the back yard games and especially the b-ball court. Great week experiencing as much of Denver area as possible. Sara and Casey were great hosts and quick to respond to any of our needs or questions! Thanks so much!!

Colorado mini trip

Overall we had a great time in the home. The host was very fast to respond to any questions I had. The place was very spacious for our family. We appreciate the host allowing us an early check in. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was huge and our kids loved the basketball court. The only thing we encountered was the top floor was a little too warm even with the AC on. I did have to buy some fans to keep the upstairs a little colder. It was our first time in Colorado so not sure if the weather was just too hot during our stay. One other thing was that the beds are a little firm except for the master bedroom. Other than that our overall stay was great.

This house is awesome! It was equipped with everything we needed. Added bonus it has a game room and hot tub. The hosts were quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be staying here again!
