- Lake & Pool - Swim in the water at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.

- There are a few life jackets provided but correct sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please bring your own for boating and specific sizes.

- Stairs must be accessed for loft bedroom access, the garage apartment, & to the second-level outdoor deck.

- Pets are strictly prohibited. "No pets" policy must be observed.

- No open flames inside the home.

The kids had a great time. The property does have trees that deposit tons of leaves that a storm the week we stayed made sure they were down. I had to call for the pool to be cleaned which they came the next day. I would stay again.

We had everything we needed to have a fun weekend The kitchen was especially well stocked with every we needed to serve huge family-style meals. The lake view and access was great, too. One of the best stays my friend group and I have had yet! Pictures are exactly as it looks. Great location right on the lake, very easy access to get in the lake and pool was great as well. Great space for a large group and a baby. Had everything we all look for in one which is hard to come by!
