The kids had a great time. The property does have trees that deposit tons of leaves that a storm the week we stayed made sure they were down. I had to call for the pool to be cleaned which they came the next day. I would stay again.

The place was very well maintained with the exception of the pool and backyard area. The pool was not clean and everything outside was extremely dirty.

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to hear the home was well-maintained! We are sorry to hear the outdoor areas did not meet expectations. We do continuously clean and maintain the exterior spaces and aim to have everything looking its best, but with the surrounding trees and waterfront location, debris and pollen can build up quickly between cleanings, especially this time of year. The pool is serviced weekly, and we will be taking a closer look at timing and upkeep to improve this for future guests.

From the start we had great communication. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to have a fun weekend The kitchen was especially well stocked with every we needed to serve huge family-style meals. The lake view and access was great, too. The house has lots of potential, but unfortunately, it is not well maintained and the property managers, I-trip, were terrible at handling any of our issues. I would not recommend this house because of these issues and their incompetent management company. Right off the bat when we got there, we noticed that the pool was dirty so we were too grossed out to use it until the next day when we had to take the time and clean it ourselves with a skimmer although we couldn't improve the cloudiness of the water. Next came the kitchen faucet with it's low water pressure. It was next to impossible to clean dishes for a group of 16 people in a timely-fashion when the water trickled down as it did. Finally, the kicker, we realized the next morning after using the range/stove-top the first night that it didn't turn off despite us having turned the knob to the off position. This was a hazardous problem that luckily didn't result in a fire, but we then realized that the knobs were stripped and did not control the burners at all. Their solution was to use the breaker in the utility closet to shut it on and off as needed. While inconvenient, this was not a solution at all since we could not control the heat of the burners. We ended up forgoing our plans to cook all meals there, and order out, since cooking and cleaning was not really possible! To make it worse, they did not own up to the issues and hardly offered an apology for all the issues as if we were bothering them on a holiday weekend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that, despite our team's continuous communication and efforts to provide solutions throughout your stay, we were unable to meet your expectations. For the benefit of future guests, all the items mentioned in this review have been addressed, and we would like to provide additional context. The pool experienced several days of heavy rain leading up to arrival, which impacted water clarity. It had been professionally serviced multiple times prior to check-in, including the morning of arrival, and additional treatments were performed throughout the week. The kitchen faucet concern was isolated to the kitchen sink and has since been corrected. Water pressure is now operating normally. When the stove issue was reported, we immediately responded and provided instructions to safely disconnect power to the electric range when not in use. Unfortunately, non-emergency appliance repairs are generally not available during weekends, but we worked to provide the best solution possible until a technician could inspect the appliance. Following the stay, a licensed appliance technician replaced all of the control knobs. The property also includes a separate apartment with a full additional kitchen that remained available throughout the stay. We take guest feedback seriously and use it to continually improve the guest experience to ensure all future stays are 5-star stays.

Exactly as pictured!

One of the best stays my friend group and I have had yet! Pictures are exactly as it looks. Great location right on the lake, very easy access to get in the lake and pool was great as well. Great space for a large group and a baby. Had everything we all look for in one which is hard to come by!
