Unser hochwertiges, kleines Altstadthaus liegt mitten im Zentrum von Regensburg: 2 Minuten zum Fürstlichen Schloss, 5 Minuten zum Neupfarrplatz, 10 Minuten zum Dom. Das Einzimmerappartement mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 30qm eignet sich für 2-3 Personen. Vom Eingang im ersten Stock gelangen Sie in einen kleinen Flur mit Garderobe. Durch die rechte Tür kommen Sie in einen modern eingerichteten Wohnraum mit Einbauküche, Esszimmertisch, Flachbild-TV und einer ausziehbaren Couch. Die moderne Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht: Koch- und Essgeschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Davon abgetrennt ist der Schlafbereich mit einem Kleiderschrank und einem Doppelbett (140 cm). Im Flur befindet sich eine zweite Tür, die zum Sanitärbereich führt. Dieser ist ausgestattet mit einer Toilette, einer komfortablen Dusche, einem Waschbecken, Fön und einem Spiegelschrank. Der Garten steht zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

This is one of the very best rentals we have stayed in. The apartment is very clean and in a perfect location in the old town city center of Regensburg. Many restaurants and historical attractions within an easy 5 - 10 minute walk. The apartment is quiet and very well designed with plentiful electrical outlets conveniently located throughout. The lighting is excellent. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The bed is large and comfortable. The only negative, and something that seems to be quite common in Germany is there are no screens on the windows. We did experience some gnats/fruit flies coming in with windows open. Certainly not unique to this property, but something to be aware of. We would definitely choose to stay in this property again if we return to Regensburg.

Great location, apartment needs TLC

We loved the location of this apartment. Very close to all the sights and lots of restaurants. We didn’t love arriving to find out that the garage shown in the photos wasn’t available. You need to contact the owner in advance and pay extra to use it (if the other renters haven’t already booked it). Nowhere is this stated in the VRBO listing. The nearest parking is several blocks away and costs €18/day. The apartment looks shabbier in real life than in the photos. The couch has a large stain in the middle of the seat. A light was out over the dining table. A knob was missing from the shower door. The “modern” kitchen has a stovetop that looks like it’s from the 90s. There are only two soup spoons and no teaspoons.

Super gîte très bien situé

Très bon accueil, appartement très bien situé, très fonctionnel. Juste dommage que la chambre ne soit pas séparée par une porte. Le couchage était de grande qualité. Très bon rapport qualité/prix ! La possibilité de garer la voiture dans la maison pour un petit supplément est très rare dans l'hyper-centre. Nous reviendrons très volontiers. Regensburg est une ville magnifique avec une localisation permettant de découvrir facilement toute la région. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, même si la météo n'était pas au rendez-vous.

Hermoso lugar

Es un hermoso departamento en un primer piso en el casco histórico de Regensburg, con la particularidad de que si viajas en automóvil puedes rentar si esta disponible un garaje en el mismo edificio, las comodidades son muy buenas y al tener esta excelente ubicación puede hacer como hicimos nosotros de guardar el automóvil y moverte todo a pie porque esta casi todo muy cerca.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist großartig, um Regensburg zu Fuß zu erkunden. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man mehrere Ziele in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist ein gemütlicher Stützpunkt für die Reise, die Ausstattung ist hochwertig (Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten und viel Stauraum, schönes Bad). Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Es war alles da, was man so braucht, der Empfang war freundlich, und die Lage mitten in der Altstadt kaum zu toppen. Wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen, aber vom Wochenendtrubel hat man dennoch wenig mitbekommen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes Apartment im wunderschönen Regensburg

Mitten im historischen Zentrum von Regensburg in einer kleinen, ruhig gelegenen Altstadtgasse liegt dieses schön renovierte Apartment in einem Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und grossem Schrank, Dusche, Wohn- Essbereich mit Schlaf-Sofa, kleiner Küchenzeile, 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Microwelle, TV, etc. Waschmaschine im Keller... Alles ist frisch renoviert, und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in modern-nüchternem, aber keineswegs kaltem, Stil. Man ist mitten im Geschehen der Regensburger Kernstadt, und kann sich jederzeit in eine Oase der Stille zurückziehen. Perfekt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt, werde jederzeit wiederkommen, und kann das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
