The home was very clean and the communications with the host were fabulous. It was right on the water and the check-in process was so easy. The listing was 100% accurate and I will look to utilize this property again in the future.

Amazing! Wonderful home, perfect location and a perfect host! Jay has done an incredible job to make sure his guests are welcome and comfortable. This was our second stay and it will not be our last. We are already planning our third stay and our fourth! Choose Seascape and you will be so glad you did. Perfect for families, perfect for ship watching, perfect for days spent on the beach and evenings out on the deck enjoying the breeze. We have done this twice this year and plan at least 2 trips in 2027, and we will only stay here at Jay's. If you haven't guessed by now, our family loves this home and this host. Perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront rental! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making our stay comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The beach access and views were incredible, and everything we needed was provided. This was truly a five-star experience, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. We can't wait to return!

5/5 Stars - Absolute Paradise!We had the most incredible stay at this beach house! The location could not be more perfect—just steps away from the sand with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the living room.The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and watching the sunset.The host was wonderful, communicative, and provided great local recommendations. He even supplied and hung a birthday banner for me!If you are looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable coastal getaway, look no further. We are already planning our next visit!

We enjoyed our winter stay. The beach, as always, did not disappoint - amazing sunrise and sets. Only concern was trying to get the thermostat to work properly for cold weather, we could not manage to get the house warm.

The house is across the street from the seawall with an unobstructed view of the gulf. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the amenities provided. Also, there was easy access to restaurants and places of interest in the area. We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Excellent place to stay

Had a great week! House was just as advertised. Very peaceful. Had a great time watching the surfers and ships coming and going. The local beaches are great. Only an hour from Galveston if you need a change of scenery.

Best staycation ever!

We do staycations all over Texas and this was the best house we have stayed thus far! The house was spotless and fully stocked with soaps, towels and everything you need. We were so impressed with this house and the views of the water, the sun and moon rise were phenomenal! We plan to stay here again!

Excellent stay

We had a great weekend at Jay’s place. Beachfront location is perfect with awesome ocean view especially the sunrise. Home was clean and space was perfect for our family of 7. My son was able to surf, and we all had a relaxing weekend just watching the waves and some ships come and go.

Nice house, great for ship watching

We enjoyed the house, especially sitting on the porch watching ships come and go. Rooms were clean with all the essentials, and Jay was very accommodating. If it hadn't rained every day, it would have been an overall great vacation.
