The house was clean. The kitchen was stocked with the things that we needed. William was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. It was a wonderful place to stay, I would recommend it highly.

We had a great stay at Laugh S’more Retreat! William was extremely responsive and easy to work with from booking to departure. The home itself was nicely renovated and incredibly well-equipped—our family had every single thing we needed for a seamless and comfortable getaway.

We stayed at this property with another family and greatly enjoyed the outdoor firepit, basement game room, and well equipped kitchen. We also had a great time at the community pools and lakes. Overall one of the cleaner VRBO's we've stayed at and one of the best kitchens to include multiple small appliances like slow cookers and blenders.

The owners were an absolute 10. We didn't have a keurig coffee machine and he delivered one within a half hour! The place was awesome, clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Our trip was great!!

Water pressure for shower is very low and there is NO hot water. We stayed and showered with cold water for three days. Also, lock combo does not work in downstairs door. Poor lighting at night for parking. No shades on windows in downstairs. I was charged cleaning fee because house smelled like dog but dogs are “allowed”. I would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We take our guests’ comfort seriously and strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property. Regarding the hot water, our cleaning team checked the property after checkout and confirmed that the hot water was working. The property also has outdoor motion-sensor spotlights for parking, which operate when the designated switch is turned on. Had we been notified of any difficulties during the stay, we would have been happy to assist. Regarding the basement windows, a window shade is provided on one of the windows, and we appreciate feedback on ways to improve the property. We are happy to welcome guests traveling with dogs, but our pet policy still requires guests to leave the home in a reasonable condition. After checkout, our cleaning team found dog waste inside the house, which required additional cleaning and resulted in the additional cleaning charge. We strive to be fair and transparent with our guests and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details for future visitors.

Host is great ans has been great the past 3 years we have stayed here. House is very well stocked. Just bring clothes and food. Basement has been finished and is VERY nice!. Murphy bed 2 fridges, full.bathroom, TV sofa bed, gaming tables, basketball throw. All just adds to a wonderful stay

The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed the game room, the fireplace and fire pit. We were greeted by two deer as soon as we got out of our cars. We will definitely stay there again, only longer and maybe in warmer weather so we can enjoy the lake.

We hit a deer on the way in and totaled one of our cars unfortunately But the house was lovely and spotless! Some of the mattresses and the couch in the basement could be more more comfortable. The lake was very pretty.

Fun house, great location

Our family had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location- just a short walk to the popular Island Pool and Beach 4. We had such a fun time in the basement game room! William was quick to respond when we had a question about door locks and the basement TV. Great stay!!

Great Week!

We stayed for the week with our two children (6 and 4) and our dog. The house was extremely clean and comfortable! We were nice and close to the pool and beaches. We also enjoyed the basement game room very much. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages we sent. We had an awesome stay!

We have been coming to the Poconos as a family of all adults for several years. This is unanimously our favorite property to date! Very clean, well supplied, lots of space, great location, very responsive owner. We cooked/grilled all of our meals there, used the fire pit one night, went for long walks, went canoeing, played tennis, and read by the lake. Everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We hope this place will be available next year once we agree on a date!

Fantastic Getaway!

Our family couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Laugh S’more. From the moment we arrived until we left 5 days later, we were thrilled with the cleanliness, amenities, activities, and responsiveness of our host. Our teenage boys enjoyed the paddleboat and canoe and all the games in the basement. The Arrowhead Lake community is very welcoming and we loved the location since it was walking distance to the pool and playground and we could go for runs around the lake. All six of us hope to stay here again next summer!

Laugh's More Cottage

Wonderful place to stay in poconos Close to JF/BB camelback. 3 pools in arrowhead development along with a bunch of summer activities. The home is CLEAN! Kitchen has everything you need and more. 3 full bathrooms with 3 large bedrooms. Basement is more of a game room/ bed and bath. Air hockey ping pong, board games baaket ball murphy bed etc. 2nd time here and will be booking ahain
