Each bedroom has a king bed with comfy bedding. The property has a pool and a large patio area that is shared with two other rental units on the property. Grab a cruiser bike and ride to downtown Weatherford, which is less than a mile away. Or take a stroll through the historic district, also within walking distance.

This property is on the second floor and is only accessible by exterior stairs. The stairs are next to the windmill. This apartment is not appropriate for infants and children.

Check in was so easy, they were so accommodating! We got married in Weatherford and had came here after. I wanted to check in earlier, but I was unable to due to other obligations. This was a better than expected experience. The property itself is beautiful (a huge victorian home on the top of a hill surrounded by trees and lush landscaping with no neighbors in sight), peaceful (including the pleasant smell of flowers as you are approaching the house), and quiet (all you can hear is the birds chirping during the day). The interior is exceptionally clean. I want to emphasize that there were absolutely no odors (including the dank/musty smell of so many of these rentals - especially in older properties). I was surprised at how big this apartment is. The ceilings are over 9 foot tall throughout the apartment. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms are very spacious (although the photos make it seem like it will be a cramped interior), with lots of closet space. I only stayed 2 nights, but it was a very good experience for me.

This property sits on the Top of the Hill in beautiful Weatherford, TX. The main house is a Queen Anne Victorian that was built in 1897. The house sits on 5 acres and is home to deer, squirrels and foxes. The property is a tranquil spot to get away and relax. There's a cool pool and a large patio area for you to enjoy.

Downtown Weatherford is about one mile away and offers great shopping, antiquing and several restaurants.

The Weatherford historic district is within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Our property is about a mile from downtown Weatherford and very close to the Historic District. Chandor Gardens is approximately 1/2 mile away. There are two cruiser bikes on the property you can use to explore.
