Welcome to your summer house. Our family have been living in Long Island for almost a decade. We love everything that this island and especially the Hamptons have to offer. Beautiful Wineries, amazing farms, world class beaches, vibrant towns. Our house Conveniently situated close to the city, close to north fork, quogue, west Hamptons and south Hamptons. Our family is very adventure and loves to travel. We love staying at vacation rentals and is thrilled to be able to host our own. Your experience and comfort is our priority.
Why they chose this property
Once you step inside our house, you will feel relaxed right away, it is spacious and sunlit, modern and minimalist. All of the bed rooms are large with ample storage closet. The backyard is inviting with a pool and ample space for a large family or multiple families to gather. Our house is situated right past north fork where winery and farms abound. West hamptons and South Hamptons are about 15-20 minutes drive. Meschutt beach (bay beach) is 5 miles away and beautiful Ponquogue (Ocean) beach is 7 miles away. You can access calm bay water with kayaks 3 minutes away from the house.

This house has two separate living areas with a kitchen, bathroom and separate living space downstairs. It is ideal for a large family or several families to share. Or send your (older) kids downstairs while adults enjoy a nice bottle of wine purchased from one of the renown wineries nearby. Unplug at home with the pool or head out to beaches while you are here.
