A striped accent chair sits beside a handsome credenza and flatscreen TV. Tile floors flow into the dining area, where a raised table with eight chairs sits atop a rug that matches the one in the living room. The adjacent kitchen is bright and roomy, boasting white cabinetry, mocha-toned granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.
