Comfortable and Cozy 4 Bedroom Custom Craftsman home available for limited time this summer for 3 one week rental periods....or full three weeks if preferred! House has 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths and Sleeps 8-9. Three Separate outdoor Decks for outdoor Living at its finest. Quiet Neighborhood with landscape grounds. Huge backyard and Swing set and Fire Pit. Outdoor shower to wash the sand from beach. Chickens on Property(tended by caretaker) and a Peleton Exercise Bike on site. Large kitchen and Family room. 10 Minute Walk to Peggoty beach and a little bit further to "The Spit". Scituate Downtown is one mile away with restaurants, shopping and boat access. Rental weeks are July 1 to July 8, July 8 to July 15th, July 15th to July 22nd 2023. Will consider pets
