This home offers direct beach access. It is located in a quiet beach neighborhood on a dead-end street. Parties and events are not allowed.
The main floor offers an open-concept floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living room with panoramic ocean views. Access the large deck overlooking the beach for al fresco dining or simply basking in the sun from the living room. Five bedrooms and a bath and a half make up the remainder of the first floor, with a west-facing deck offering views of the marsh. A single second-floor bedroom offers a private deck with south-facing views of the Powder Point Bridge, marsh, and ocean.
Guests are within walking distance of Duxbury Beach Park, Powder Point Bridge, and Blakeman's Restaurant. They are a 5-minute drive from Green Harbor and Brant Rock, where they can enjoy local restaurants, ice cream, and shops. A short 15-minute ride down Rt3 will find guests in historic Plymouth, where they can access golf, whale watching, and fishing excursions.
