This was a perfect condo close to campus! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive! The condo was clean and check-in was super easy. The beds were very comfortable! Parking right in front of condo was simple, and it is within walking distance of hospital and campus. Great location!

Stray cats at your door. Non-working kitchen sink. Smells of weed or unclean air. Not sure which is worse. We had to fix the toilet seat that was so loose it almost broke off. The pics of the living room show more furniture than is in the unit. This host is taking advantage of guests paying high dollars during football games. Booo. If you are a college kid looking for a crash pad, this is your place. You will love it.

This is a wonderful property and the host was extremely helpful, both before our arrival and during our time there. I stayed there with two colleagues during a conference at the university. The kitchen was perfect to have a lovely hot breakfast each morning and we were in easy walking distance from our work and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the surroundings are very quiet. We had a fabulous time and hope to rent again if work gets us back there.

Cute condo with all the essentials

Great location near campus. The inside of the condo is well appointed, modern decor, and comfortable. I love that the host provided keurig coffee and creamer. It had all essentials. We would stay here again! Perfect for a game day weekend!
