Take a break from the hustle and bustle and live the slow life in small town USA, right in the heart of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail!Only 25 minute drive to Downtown Louisville/Airport.
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**This unit has free street parking, spaces are typically readily available. Kentucky Derby guests, Bourbon Trail guests, Train enthusiasts, welcome to Small Town USA!You will feel transported to another, simpler time when you stay at the Lagrange Loft. Front porch sittin’ is a way of life in Downtown Lagrange. You can park your car and spend the entire trip on foot, or go for 25 minute drive to Downtown Louisville and Bourbon Distilleries.You must see the train that rolls down Main St daily!Our newly renovated loft is located in the heart of historic Downtown Lagrange. Walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and local shops!The home has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The entire space was renovated in spring 2022. The home has an abundance of living space and a fully functional chef’s kitchen.
-NO CABLE TELEVISION, GUESTS CAN UTILIZE SMART TV BY LOGGING IN WITH THEIR OWN STREAMING APPS-Can accommodate up to 6 people in beds-Free ON Street Parking Available-Professionally managed-Sparkling clean and well stocked-Soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry supplies, coffee available-Located in Historic Downtown Lagrange-Beautifully renovated and restored-25 minutes to Downtown/Airport-35 minutes to Churchill Downs

Wonderful neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, local shops, etc.
Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can be difficult to obtain. We recommend seeing Downtown Lagrange on foot, but have a vehicle for fun outside of our small town.
RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.
WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!
NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home
CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST
NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.
NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.
PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.
