Charming house on Golf Course
Charming beautiful white painted brick ranch on golf course. A 3 bedroom ranch - 2 bath - large great room - large patio. Upscale neighborhood with lots of amenities. about 20 min. from downtown Louisville and 20 minutes from Churchill Downs. Lots of restaurants/shopping 5 minutes away. Many restaurants to choose from.
Peaceful - quiet neighborhood Has wifi connection./ large flat screen TV.
Large kitchen with separate breakfast room and large dining room. Good views from breakfast room. Large horse (not real) sitting next to my patio. The artist drew on the horse scenes from Churchill Downs. These horses were placed all over Louisville several years ago. Piece of art in my backyard. Nice calm neighborhood to escape to after being in the hustle and bustle of Churchill Downs area. You'll love my house!!! That is a promise.
