Great spot to stay in Vienna

Mani's apartment was a great base for my stay in Vienna. It was a super close walk to the U station, and only a few stops into the city ventre

Be ready to compromise

1.) Initially apt. advertised as one-bedroom. I am very familiar with European style and terminology. This is ONE room with ONE bed. NOT a one-bedroom. 2.) First impression after a long flight was that it was bare bones. Not in any way warm as a VRBO where renter wants you to feel at home away from home. No rug, not a tea bag or coffee. One kitchen hand towel with holes in it. The only think provided was toilet paper. THAT was also an issue. You are to use the toilet and then dispose of your used toilet paper into cannister next to toilet. I felt that it was like using a diaper pail . Never in my experience of travel has any place. If one were living there and needed to tell guests that they could not flush the toilet paper?? I also was requested to pay the balance in cash upon arrival so that they would not pay commission. You would think there would be a benefit to the renter for making sure he/she showed with cash Euro.. the benefit is just to the landlord. This is a cash cow venture as they rent more than one apartment...with mix matched dishes and cups.Mani was polite and showed up to let me in. He did accommodate so that I would be in about an hour earlier. Not bad 15 minutes for over the rate, no other contact or requests from me afterwards. I cried when my son arrived and bought myself flowers the next day to cheer me up. There should be even a small credit

Das kleine Apartment erfüllt alle Ansprüche für das Zentrum von Wien, Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider sehr schlecht. Es liegt im 2. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Im Moment befindet sich eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber, deshalb ist es morgens recht laut, ansonsten aber ruhig und zentral gelegen.

Appartement fonctionnel mais comme le veux la tendance Rbnb sans humanité. Une coupe de fruit ou un thé d.accueil ne sont jamais de trop. Agent serviable et efficace.
