Luxury Large Group 5BR/3BA Oasis

Definitely a stand out and NOT your typical vacation rental. Zen House Cocoa was carefully curated to create a restorative and nurturing sanctuary for your large group/family. Think amazing location meets swanky meets comfy meets tech meets fun. Zen isn't just serious; Zen can be fun. Zen is a vibe and we have it going on here at Zen House Cocoa.

Bedrooms are super comfy with pillowtop mattresses. We have 4 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins. Sleeps 12 legitimately (no bunk beds or sleeper sofas). We are not at summer camp. 3 full baths.

May not be suitable for children/infants because there are no child safety features in this house. There is a step between the kitchen and livingroom that could also create a hazard. We do not provide infant amenities like crib, highchair, etc.

The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. Ring camera at front door and at the main entry door under carport. Camera is not monitored and only accessed if there is a question of concern or to confirm that guests have left the property. Cameras should never be covered in case of accident or emergency.

After a long day of exploring the space coast, settle in for a nice dinner with plenty of seating for 12. The large cooking/eating area is spacious yet designed for conversation. Wall tapestry sets the tone along with under-cabinet the smart light strips that can change color on your command.

Pop over to the living room space which also seats every one and catch your favorite movie on the big screen equipped with soundbar and subwoofer to feel the music or movie. Stream whatever you want with our speedy internet.

Perhaps a stroll down to the river, or a bike ride.

The Zen continues outside. Step out onto the paver patio and sit under the stars while taking in a Florida evening. For more relaxation, step into the hot tub with LED lights, take a seat by the fire on the coquina beach, or retreat to the “Turtle Shack” for a game of foosball, air hockey, or watch a movie on the big screen.

All of this zen is packed into a sweet space in an unbeatable location with direct access (no lights) to Rte 528 for heading to the beach (12-15 mins), airport (35 mins), cruise port (10 mins), and space center (20 mins). Or take a quick drive or bike ride down through Indian River Rd to the jewel of the Space Coast, Cocoa Village (5 mins drive, one light, 10 minute bike ride).

Publix and Walmart are both within 5 minutes for shopping and restaurants.
