4 bedroom 3 bath split floor plan. Master Bedroom with a king size bed on one side of the house and Bunk room + Queen bed rooms with shared bathroom on the other side. We also have a on suite in the detached garage, with a king size bed, and its own bathroom. Kitchen, living room and dining area separate the bedrooms for everyone to have a quiet space. While in the kitchen\ Dining area, enjoy the backyard view with a 20X32ft pool that has solar heat. Great for families with small children as it has a wadding area before stepping down to deeper depths. Property has boat parking available as too the attached garage is available for your use.
