This house is really nice. The neighborhood was lively during the day and night but it wasn’t loud inside. There is a train yard close by but it wasn’t too noticeable and didn’t wake us up at all. It’s very nice and comfortable inside. We’d stay here again if we were back in the area!
The house was as advertised. Decent area near downtown Roseville which has some nice restaurants and stores. The playground across the street was great. A few blocks away there was some seedy activity, but nothing ventured around our street. Of note, the train is fairly close and loud. Also, the stairs were quite steep. My wife and I both ate it so be careful. Great value for what you get.
I booked this place for an event @ the Grounds and was very satisfied. Good walkability and by a lovely park. If I needed to go back, I would go back again!
This was an older home that had been nicely remodeled and updated. The second floor housed two bedrooms and had step narrow stairs to access. The primary bedroom was downstairs. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in old Roseville. The train yard was nearby but it wasn’t very noticeable. There was a cute local park across the street well used by families. We didn’t use the backyard or BBQ. When we arrived at 4p it was apparent the property had not been cleaned after the prior guest checked out. The owner was quick to resolve that issue sending someone over to address it right away. Thankfully we were in town to visit family and had dinner plans so we could be out of the house. When we returned everything was tidy and clean. The house could sleep six but really was just space for three of us with limited seating downstairs for dining for four and watching TV. The AC worked well during an unexpected October heat wave.
Great stay! Only thing that was an issue was when I Pluged in my phone charger into second floor bedroom outlet, the M.Bedroom circuit breaker poped again, so I would check outlet in front of bed up in left bedroom upstairs for a short circiut issue.

Tasteful oasis in Roseville
The house was clean and tidy. The location was ideal for the events we were attending and pretty close to just about anything you might need. The drawback for us was that both bathrooms were located on the main level. Being in our 70's it was inconvenient.
Very clean, great location for where we needed to be, and nice park across the street for the kids. Beds were comfortable and it was super convenient to have laundry machines available. The backyard was great as well! Everything was exactly as expected. Would stay again!
