Experience a memorable stay at the Luxe Family Fun House at Sunset Bay Beach on Lake Erie. This spacious house has 5 bdrms, 4 baths with an open concept kitchen, living and dining room. Relax outdoors on the beautiful covered patio with a large backyard, pool & fire pit. Hang out in the spacious screened garage to enjoy a game of billiards or darts while watching the sporting events on the big screen TV. Four car driveway w/ plenty of space to park. Safe, quaint, and 3.5 blocks to the beach.

Beautiful Sunset Bay Beach on Lake Erie is just a short five minute walk from the house! The famous Sunset Bay Beach Club and Cabana Sam’s beachfront restaurant/bar are located at the beach.

Hidden Harbor Marina and Sunset Marina are both located steps away from the house. Boat Slip rentals and launch ramps are available at each marina. The Walleye, Perch, Smallmouth Bass and Salmon sport fishing in this area of Lake Erie is World Class!

From the house, it is a 20 minute drive to HighMark Stadium for Buffalo Bills games, 30 minutes to downtown Buffalo, 50 minute drive to Niagara Falls, 45 minute drive to Jamestown (Home of the National Comedy Museum) and Chautauqua Lake.

Many local restaurants within a 3 minute drive (Aunt Millie’s Has a dessert counter that you MUST check out!).

Best beach house in the area!

We had the best stay in Sunset Bay (Irving NY)! The house was completely furnished for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some dinners in. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The house isn’t on the lake but it’s a simple short walk to the beach, and we liked the location. We would definitely rent it again.

Great house great location

The house is gorgeous in a great location! Plenty of room for everyone and the best kitchen we’ve ever had as we like to cook a lot on our getaways. Also- plenty of mom & pop restaurants close by. Great deck, fire pit and pool… We unfortunately lost a day of pool use due to technical difficulties, but the host was kind enough to offer a portion of our $ back for the inconvenience. Would definitely book again!

We were in town for an NFL game and the house was fantastic!

Everything ran smoothly. We had all of our needs met. The pellet stove in the garage could have used better instruction but was easy to figure out. Lovely spot!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect for a large group, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was very clean upon entering. We initially had an issue with the lock (user error) and the hosts were extremely quick to respond and resolved our issue. The location is very close to the beach and it is worth taking the walk down to watch the sunset. The only thing missing was cleaning products available for us to wipe down the kitchen at night as we were staying for an extended stay. I would absolutely recommend this home and hosts.

This is a spacious 5 bedroom 4 bath home with plenty of activities ready to entertain the entire family. 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 2 twin beds that can be easily converted to a king. All bedrooms outfitted with super comfortable mattresses to have a great nights rest. Garage has been converted into a game room with a billiards table and dart board. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with a private pool, covered patio deck, bbq grill and fire pit. Plenty of room to pull out the corn hole set or bocce ball game for the whole family to enjoy. Inside there are board games, high speed internet throughout the home, app loaded TVs with cable as well.

This idyllic family retreat is a perfect spot to explore the greater Buffalo and WNY area, while experiencing the natural beauty of the region. Sunset Bay is a known summer retreat for Western New Yorkers.

Complimentary beach passes with every stay. Bed linens, pillows, bath and pool towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

In summer (Memorial Day-Labor Day) the house rents by the week only. The house is available year round.
