GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the outdoor amenities being restricted after 9pm. This is to help mitigate noise complaints from neighbors. Certain exceptions may apply if disclosed and approved prior to booking.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-We classify our family room as our 5th bedroom because it has a queen size sofa sleeper with privacy curtain and separate entrance
-There are extra fees for pets and to heat the pool and hot tub
-There are noise detection devises inside and outside of the property to ensure there are no unauthorized parties/unauthorized guests who are not on the reservation
-There are security cameras on the outside perimeter of the property for safety and security and to ensure there are no unauthorized guests or parties
-Service people are permitted to access the outside of the property and pool to perform their weekly maintenance duties.

Amazing place

“Enchanted Paradise”was a terrific place for our family holiday gathering of 10 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 8 to 75. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. The outdoor living space was spectacular with beautifully maintained landscaping, remarkable fresh fruit and a great firepit. We spent hours each day using these facilities. The indoor living space was spacious and great with plenty of seating space in the living room and dining room. The indoor and outdoor games were an added benefit. The kitchen area was spacious and able to accommodate several cooks in the kitchen at the same time. It was nice to have a shelf of commonly used spices. The three refrigerators allowed ample storage space for food and adult beverages. The parking area provided ample space for our four vehicles without using the garage. Not having cable to the televisions was an issue but luckily someone in our party had a fubo account so we could watch the bowl games. We would go back in a heartbeat!

BEST HOUSE EVER!

9 adults, and 3 kids, 5 and under for a family vacation. It was AMAZING! Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms had wonderful shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryers, and TONS of towels. Pool was so nice. Salt water, no clorine. Shade if you need it, sun if you want it. The gormet kitchen was incredible! We had so much fun. Surprisingly quiet. Crying baby on ground floor and we didnt hear a thing right above them. There were so many fun, interesting outdoor areas. Very easy to get around the community. Everything you need in short drive. Would go here again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation - Great property

We stayed here for a family vacation. Beautiful home and backyard. Only a 25 minute drive to the marina to launch our boat. We really enjoyed our time here!

Entertaining, relaxing, nice neighborhood, would recommend!!

This house is just as it is described and pictured!! It was well equip, has just about everything I could have asked for towels, shampoos, soaps, kitchen was stocked, pool floats, even down to the outdoor paper plates and Kleenex!! Our six kids had more than enough to keep them entertained!! The beds were comfortable. Just a few things that need a little touch up, one being secureness of patio doors. The owner was quick to respond to questions, sometimes brief. They do however have an excellent link for information around town, places to eat, shop, visit, which also gave good instruction for check-in and check-out! Could use more instruct at the house for use of the stove/oven, fire pit out back, thermostat, etc. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Relaxing, and entertaining, we would recommend this house to anyone with a family looking for a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a nice location!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This house was absolutely perfect for our family! It has all the amenities inside and outside for a great vacation. Gabe was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed our entire visit. This house is in great condition and is exactly the way it looks online. We have stayed in many other Vrbo homes and this one was our absolute favorite. We can’t wait to visit again.
