A very elegant residence with 4 independent Apparmtens which are very stylish and luxuriously furnished. Located between the 2 tourist hotspots Trogir (6km) and Split (14km) in a very quiet location yet very central. The house veSachteresse with lounge furniture, jacuzzi 2 pieces, barbecue etc.

THE APARTMENT ANGELINA IS LOCATED IN THE EC AND HAS A LARGE BALCONY FACING THE OUTDOOR POOL. THE BALCONY IS ACCESSIBLE BY LARGE WINDOW ELEMENTS IN THE LIVING AREA AND BEDROOM.

THE HOUSE HAS A LOW GARAGE AND A HOME SHUTTLE SERVICE. THE BUS IS APPROX. 400 METERS FROM THE HOUSE REMOVING WHICH BETWEEN THE CITIES SPLIT AND TROGIR PENDELT.


THE VILLA NICOLINA IS LOCATED IN A QUIET ACCESSORIES - DISTANCE TO THE SEA APPROX. 900 METERS TO THE SEA. PERFECT CONNECTION FOR A VISIT TO TROGIR AND SPLIT AS WELL AS THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH PASSAGE IN KASTEL NOVI THROUGHOUT CA. 4 KM FILLED - WITH MANY RESTAURANTS CAFES ETC.

THE HOUSE HAS A RECEPTION, WHICH IS OBSOLETED IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON. FOR ALL QUESTIONS WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO YOU.

Points positifs : propreté piscine et appartement, parking garage, proximité commerces et plages, confort, climatisation, linge de toilette fourni Points négatifs : avion qui passe au dessus entre 7h et 22h tous les jours, présence de fourmis dans l’appartement ( malgré que j’ai averti le propriétaire rien n’a été fait), les places de parking dans le garage ne sont pas attribuées par appartement c’est donc le 1er qui arrive qui a et il n’ y a que 3 vraies places intérieures pour 4 appartements). Personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, il a fallu appeler le propriétaire( nous n’avions pas été informé) et attendre 15 minutes pour voir arriver sa fille par la villa d’à côté
