The air-conditioned vacation home with pool is situated in a unique location, above a beautiful pebble beach. It is tastefully decorated, with all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay. From the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea. In the annex of the larger terrace on the first floor there is also a summer kitchen, where you can comfortably prepare meals. Under the house towards the sea are a green area and a walking path. The outdoor pool offers you refreshment and relaxation. Nearby you will find the small marina, stores, restaurants and bars. Visit the places in the vicinity, such as Medulin and Premantura, as well as Cape Kamenjak with numerous bays and beautiful natural beaches. The ancient city of Pula is also not far, with numerous sights and recreational opportunities that will enrich your vacation.

Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis!Drie ruime badkamers, prima keuken en woongedeelte. Heerlijk airco in vele ruimtes in het huis. Het zwembad was een verademing, en de zee aan de overzijde van de straat. Zeer fijn contact met de eigenaar van het huis. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad!!

Das Haus mit Terrasse und Pool ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Es ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Spielplatz hinter dem Haus entspricht nicht mehr ganz den Bildern. Es gibt eine Schaukel, eine Rutsche, ein Häuschen und sogar ein Trampolin für Kinder. Die Geräte sind sehr gepflegt. Der Spielbereich hinter dem Haus ist außerdem mit Kunstrasen ausgestattet. Der Strand ist innerhalb von weniger als 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man am Strand ist, findet man auch gleich ein paar Restaurants und ein Bistro. Auch der Supermarkt sowie der Bäcker sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar, falls es Fragen oder Anliegen gibt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Von Anfang an waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Hausbesitzer war zu jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war in allen Belangen perfekt für uns. Alles einwandfrei sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet, super Lage zum Strand.Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.
