Vacation apartment Ofenhaus - Holiday apartment

Our modern apartment has a living room with flat screen TV, fireplace and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, kitchen with new fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

Please bring towels.

Our apartment is located in the small village Niepars, about 8 km from Stralsund. Also Fischland-Darß-Zingst and the island of Rügen are within easy reach.   The apartment was modernized in 2014 and is located in the 1. Floor. You can use the garden with barbecue. There are two bicycles for exploring the area.   A butcher and a baker are about 200 meters away, the nearest supermarket 1.5 km.

Eine sehr angenehme, saubere und relativ große Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Ruhige Lage in Niepars. Stralsund ist über die Bundesstrasse mit Auto und Fahrrad unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden, die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen, Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Umgebung ist super eine Fahrt nach Rügen ist zu empfehlen. Binz ist super, und mit dem Boot zum Kreidefelsen.

Fewo Ofenhaus

Es war eine sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Vermietern lief super. sie waren sehr freundlich. Nach Stralsund sind es ca. 13min. Eine Fahrt die man auf alle Fälle auf sich nehmen kann. Wir würden diese Fewo noch einmal buchen.

Ideal für eine Erkundungsreise.

Die Wohnung ist größer als gedacht. Gut eingerichtet. Wir haben nur einmal eine Schere vermisst. Niepars liegt nicht weit von Stralsund und der Darß. Und Rostock, das Bernsteinmuseum oder Rügen sind gut erreichbar. Was uns gefehlt hat war ein Restaurant in der Nähe, wenn man einmal zu faul zum Kochen ist.

Strategische Lage

Niepars liegt im "goldenen Dreieck" zwischen Rostock, Stralsund und Rügen und dem Darss. Man kommt überall schnell hin, sitzt aber eben auch jeden Tag im Auto, um irgendein Ziel zu erreichen. Vor Ort gibt es einen Netto, in dem 2021 mitten im dicksten Corona Jahr niemand(!) eine Maske trug und ich mich dafür dass ich eine auf der Nase hatte, von einem örtlichen Handwerksmeister beschimpfen lassen durfte. Da muss man dann durch... Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren unheimlich bemüht, uns unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten, da würde ich auch mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben.
