Schnell mal mittags Nudeln kochen, im eigenen Wohnzimmer eine Runde Mensch-Ärger-dich-nicht spielen und abends eine gekühlte Flasche Wein aus dem Kühlschrank holen - in einer Ferienwohnung bleibt viel Raum für eigene Wünsche. Ruhig und dennoch zentral finden Sie das Haus Wilhelm-Augusta in der Nähe von Kurpark, Badehaus und der Fußgängerzone. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit: Zu Fuß sind Sie in nur zehn Minuten dort! Im Haus Wilhelm-Augusta stehen Ihnen 20 Apartements zur Verfügung - mit einem, zwei oder drei Räumen (Wohnzimmer plus zwei Schlafzimmern) und einer Größe von 22 bis 70 Quadratmetern. NEU - Auch ihr Haustier ist gern willkommen. Der Preis beträgt 15 EUR/Haustier/Nacht.
Unsere Wohnungen Typ A eignen sich ideal für bis zu vier Personen und sind circa 40 bis 45 Quadratmeter groß. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer ist eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile vorhanden. Äußerst spartanisch. Keine Deko. Keine Bilder an kahlen hohen Wänden. Schlechte Küchenausstattung. Ungemütliche Beleuchtung. Keine Nachttischlampen, keine Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad. Keine Putzmittel. Kein Staubsauger. Insgesamt ungemütlich, aber sehr sauber.

Abgewohnte Krankenhausatmosphäre
Außen (von weitem) hui, innen eher mau. Sauberkeit durch die Reinigungskräfte ist gut. Allgemein sind die Möbel aber stark abgenutzt; Sofa und Gardinen sind befleckt, Stühle z.T. wackelig und die Heizung läuft aus. Das Zimmer ist groß aber lieblos und unzureichend eingerichtet. Wer plant, sich größtenteils selbst zu versorgen, muss selbst essenzielle Dinge wie Müllbeutel oder Kaffeefilter einkaufen. Mülleimer zur Mülltrennung stehen nur im Hausflur im Eingangsbereich zur Verfügung - nicht im Zimmer selbst. Der Preis ist zu hoch für die Gesamtleistung.

Unser Apartment war überraschend sehr sauber. Küche klein aber alles da. Bad ok. Viel Platz in den Zimmern. Nach all den Bewertungen, die ja insgesamt nicht so gut waren, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alles einfach aber funktionell. Das Treppenhaus und das Haus Anlage an sich lassen aber schon zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist top.
