Just inside the gates of Pebble Beach and just off the 17-Mile Drive is a small, secluded gated community. That’s where this fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse sits above the pines with the ocean in the distant view.

Walk through the front door and step into a light-filled livingroom with expansive views of the surrounding pines and ocean in the distance. Gorgeous plein air impressionist paintings by famed local artist Brian Blood decorate the penthouse with splendid scenes from Pebble Beach, Point Lobos, Monterey, and Asilomar. Recent renovations include beautiful stone countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms, and huge livingroom bar, new appliances, and new flooring throughout.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while you grill on the gas Weber or just enjoy the view. Step inside and cozy up by the fireplace in the evening when ocean mists come floating through the treetops.

Condo was well furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. Loved our view of the forest with the bay in the distance. Amazing location close to anywhere we wanted to adventure out each day. Would highly recommend staying at 18 shepherds knoll.

Well appointed Pebble Beach Condo

We stayed at this home with another couple and had such a great time. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. The home feels spacious and has plenty of room to relax and visit. It’s nice and clean and has all the amenities you expect—comfortable beds, plenty of nice towels, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The golfers in our group were thrilled to be close to so many beautiful courses. This was the perfect place to unwind and catchup with good friends.

Lovely Pebble Beach Stay

We enjoyed staying at Sea Pine so much. It’s spotlessly clean, very comfortable (great beds), and had everything we needed and then some. The surrounding forest made it feel like being in a treehouse. It was so peaceful and quiet, we could really relax. The location is great and being inside the Pebble Beach gates was a nice bonus. We drove the 17 mile drive more than once and didn’t have to pay the entrance fee. It was very easy to hop over to Carmel or Monterey. Our contact person Debra was very welcoming, check-in and out was easy. No doubt she would have been very responsive had we wanted anything. This home was the perfect retreat, we recommended it to our friends and are planning our return trip already!
