Book this home for your next family vacation and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer to make it the best vacation ever! The private, heated pool just outside the living room doors is the best place to enjoy the beautiful FL sunshine! Bring the whole family as this home sleeps 8 people comfortably. A fire pit and BBQ grill are provided to enjoy a dinner in the shaded backyard area. Strong Wifi connection and a Smart TV (no cable) are provided for you! Plenty of room for 8 guests. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite is large and spacious with a beautiful tiled shower. The left side of the house has another spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a bunk bed. This bedroom has it's own bathroom. This bedroom is on the opposite side of the house as the other 2 bedrooms. So this gives you privacy if 2 families decide to stay together. An adorable reading nook is in the living room with endless amount of books to read if you're a bookworm!Guests are able to access the entire home, except for 1 locked closet. There is a driveway with space to park your vehicles. This home is equipped with a WiFi lock for easy access to the home as well as complete safety and privacy!

Nice Stay

Property was very nice. Quiet neighborhood and yard was nicely landscaped. Pool was great. Inside of house was very clean and comfortable. However, the showers in the hall bathroom and the spare bedroom did not work (no water). Everyone had to use the master bedroom shower. This was a bit of an inconvenience. Water pressure was a bit low as well. One suggestion would be to have a blender available for the guests. We had to go out and purchase one. Overall stay was great and would definately rent again if the showers were working properly.

Wonderful stay

This is such a great place to stay at! Located close to downtown Sarasota and the beaches, within a nice residential area, and close to a grocery store. The backyard space and pool area are very relaxing - we spent all of our time out there! The house is stocked with everything you could want/need. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay. charming backyard, solid h ome to rest between events

Enjoyed our stay, heated pool and surprisingly charming and big backyard area was a plus. We enjoyed our rest here on our work trip and would stay here again.
