The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher and all the necessary items needed for your home away from home. The bedrooms are airy and have all the modern feels with plush bedding and coziness. The backyard is private and has a small pool to keep you cool.

Siesta Beach is 7.7 miles and Lido Beach 5.8 miles from this home.

Guests have access to all spaces except a locked supply closet.
The parking space is shared with the secondary unit tenants. There is free driveway parking with enough room to fit 3 vehicles. Please leave the far-right side of the driveway open for guests that book the secondary unit.
The adjoining unit has a separate entrance however there may be potential for noise from that unit.

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.

If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.

Nice stay

We liked the layout of the house. It came close to great but there were a few issues. The living room and bedroom furniture was not very comfortable. The carpet in the LR was uncomfortable to walk on for the baby and us. There was a door between the LR and the adjacent apartment allowed noise through it into our space. There was an electrical outlet not secure to the wall. Some light fixtures did not work. Not enough seating. The tv was mounted 8 feet above the floor. The bedrooms had no tvs and no chest of drawers so we had to live out of suitcases. There was a blinking blue light on a WiFi extender plugged into an outlet on the wall. It blinked all night long. These are all minor irritations, but, if resolved, will make the rental so much better.

Perfect House for the weekend

Amazing house. Everything was perfect and up to date. Everything ran as smooth as can be. Perfect location. Perfect size. Perfect neighborhood. Loved it! I made the mistake of checkout time at 11 instead of 10. So make sure you read the times better than I did.
