Guest access
You will receive your door code before you arrive. The whole cabin is yours for your stay.
Other things to note:
→ The 2nd bedroom is a loft open to the downstairs. No wall, no door. See photos.
→ Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation.
→ Our driveway is steep which is not uncommon for the area but we don't like surprises! Most of our guests drive right up to the parking pad and some choose to park at the end of the driveway (not long) - it all depends on their comfort level. XL vehicles may have some difficulty turning around to head back down. (If it is winter, we recommend a 4WD vehicle for driving in the Smokies no matter where you're staying.)
★ "No problems with it on our end, plenty of room to turn around, and up/down was fine even in rain. Certainly an option to park halfway or at the bottom and walk up what amounts to about a flight of stairs." ★
