Beautiful Home

Stayed at the Wilsonian for a family vacation. The home is beautiful. The kitchen is impeccable and equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or bbq. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are gorgeous. Outdoor kitchen/patio and pool is where my three teenagers and I spent alot of our time and had a blast! I highly recommend staying here!

Really nice property

The home is updated, roomy and tasteful. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked. We spent a lot of time in the large saltwater pool; which also has a hot tub feature we did not use because it was July in Houston. Our only issue was cleanliness. The home was not dirty, but it was obvious the cleaning crew did a quick superficial cleaning-up without vacuuming, etc...However, the management was very accessible and tried to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Great place to stay for the holidays

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at the house. The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely every tool and gadget we needed for the perfect holiday feast. Issac was kind enough to decorate the house for the holiday which made the week even more festive. All rooms were spotless and most importantly, bed sheets and towels were clean and soft. Issac was great and responded to all of our concerns within 30 minutes at the longest. Unfortunately due to the unusually cold weather, we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities. Next time, we're in the Houston area, we won't hesitate to stay here and hopefully get use the extremely inviting pool.

Compliments all around

We had booked this home for a stay for family and also to host an 80th birthday party for my father. The place is beautiful just like the photos, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The only negatives had nothing to do with the owner. A neighbor rode his go cart a lot and it was very loud. The a/c wasn’t working properly but the owner was quick to call an HVAC repair service. The home itself needed to be cleaned a bit as the cabinets were dirty and the bathrooms could use a deep clean, not filthy, just not “hotel clean”and I’m sure the owners hide a service for that. All that said, we would definitely come back. The pool was fantastic and it is a great place to host a party of family.

Everything matched the online description. Isaac was amazing and very responsive. The main issue we had was the cleanliness. We found food in the oven, and the trash was full and overflowing with maggots.

Loved the kitchen with the huge island. The pool was great and worked well with kids. TVs in the bedrooms would be nice, especially the master. The water temp varies in the bathrooms and hard to get cool enough for kids.

Amazing stay in Tomball!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years, and there is no doubt that this is one of the best!The house is amazing - perfect for a large family. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. It was covered so you could swim in the shade if you wanted to.The house is also on a very secluded street with a private gate. We were a 5 minute drive to anything we needed to get during our stay, and there were some amazing restaurants less than 15 minutes away!Thanks Isaac for the great communication throughout, including accommodating a slightly earlier checkin and adjustments for pool hours and temperature/fans. That was really appreciated!I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in Tomball, house was very nice and accommodated 7 of us very well (4 adults and two children). We did have an issue with the house not being super clean when we arrived (no fault of the owner) but my concern was quickly addressed and resolved. Pool is amazing as well as the outdoor space, thank you so much!!!!

Very responsive host

We stayed a week. Grandparents, sons and their families. The outdoor covered patio and kitchen and pool were where we hung out. Amazing! The indoor kitchen was top of the line. Comfy beds. Isaac the owner was responsive to all our needs and quickly! We would choose his home again!

Family wedding

We chose this property for our son’s wedding week because it was pretty convenient to most locations and the beautiful outdoor area would be great for friends and family to stop by throughout the weekend, and that did work out great. The kitchen is very well equipped which was welcome for a few dinners early in the week. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. I definitely give it a 5 star review but the only minor things that could improve the experience would be more and better towels, both bath and pool. And because we were there in the spring, to use the hot tub and have it heated, we had to message the host each time. He was very responsive each time but it still felt strange to bother him, so we probably used the hot tub a little less than we otherwise would have if we had control ourselves. The only downside of the outdoor area is that close neighbors frequently were burning brush and at times we had to go back inside because of the smoke. Assuming this is a seasonal issue. Overall a great property and experience.

Nice little family stay

Great stay. Isaac was very commutative and even let us check in early. Bed was so comfortable and loved the master shower and outdoor living area. Kitchen is beautiful and wish I would have gotten a chance to cook in it. Overall great experience, house , and owner.

Spring Break Vacation

We came to Spring/Tomball Texas for Spring Break and visit Family that live in the area. The house was perfect for us. The big kitchen/living room area and the outside pool/tv area are Awesome for entertaining! We had a great time and both the kids and adults enjoyed swimming and the hot tub! The rental included a lot of amenities which was nice too. We had an issue with the cleanliness of a bathroom but the owner was very nice to accommodate us! The owner was great with his communication and timely response! Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Nice place, to much Micromanaging

The house and yard are very nice. The only downside is that you need to message the owner every time you want to use the hot tub or want to change the Thermostat. Most places i’ve stayed at have a 60 minute timer on the hot tub which works well so you don’t have to bother someone every time you want to use the tub.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time, despite the remnants of Hurricane Beryl. Our littles ones loved the pool. It was very private, large enough for everyone to have their own space, and kitchen was beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Great Family House

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home when we came to Houston for a wedding. The layout was great--offering areas to lounge together or retreat for privacy. Kitchen and grilling area were fantastic. We loved hanging out in the pool to stay cool in the Texas heat. Communication was fast and responsive. Highly recommend!

Family visit

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 9. The interior was spacious, very clean and the owner thought of everything. The exterior was just as great with the pool and the spacious outdoor living area. We will rent this house again!

Perfect place to gather family

The listing is as it states. It is clean, has anything you made need, it's updated, it's the perfect gathering place, large, and wheelchair friendly. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler and we all fit comfortably! Each space was fully wheelchair accessible. The owner's communication was timely, thorough, and pleasant. Having accessibility to smart tech features, a pool with a hot tub, and a gigantic patio were all great pluses too. We all agreed that we wish we could duplicate this experience anywhere or anytime we travel!

This is why we decided to share our house with others ... it makes us very happy and we discovered it makes others happy too.

What makes this property unique

As we move into mid-life, we are starting to enjoy the benefits of having a single-level home without steps. It makes access so much easier on the knees and hips. It's nice having the flexibility of cooking either inside or outside, and the use of the walk-in Private Pool and Spa also make the property so much more enjoyable.
