Our stay was perfect. Was in town for a week to surprise my sister for her 70th birthday. The house had everything we needed. Very roomy and clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sitting on the patio watching tv and having good time visiting. Audrey and Rick were great. Anytime I sent a message they got back to me in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this place. I will stay here again if I go back to Cypress, Tx.

My husband and I are both real estate appraisers. Long ago we also became investors of sorts, but overall, we just love real estate, especially our former primary home, that we now get to share with others, our real pride and joy!

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet neighborhood, and our particular street features homes on large lots. It's centrally located between Hwy 290 and SH 249, offering great accessibility. The immediate area has all you could want or need as far as shopping, recreation, parks/dog parks, hiking and biking trails, and more eateries than you can imagine, all within about 3-15 mins drive. We especially love the very near by mom and pop restaurants like the Crafthouse, Lambeaus, Sam's seafood, and Hunan Village.

What makes this property unique

Our property is truly like no other around, offering spacious rooms and plenty of areas to enjoy the company of others, or tuck yourself away for some privacy. We are outdoorsy and spent most of our time there, so truly whether you want to be in or outdoors, have company or privacy, this home is the place for you!
