It was clean and as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of concerns about noise ordinances and no use of outdoor patio allowed by HOA however, the place was very open, spacious, neat, well kept and comfortable. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. There are minimarts nearby for basic necessities, breakfast items, fresh produce, and liquor. IThe gaslamp quarter is a bit of a hike but there are tons of ubers available if you're not feeling that. The Gaslamp Quarter is great and Museum of Illusion is fun. The Aquarium, Kellogg Park and Scoops in LA Jolla were great too. There's so much to do and this place is closeby to all of them.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This place was awesome. We come to San Diego a lot and normally stay in nice hotels around the area. This was our first stay in a VRBO here in SD and we loved it.

Great location, nice property.

This is a very nice updated property. Secure access in a great location to all of the things around balboa park, Gaslamp, little Italy, etc. Planes landing at the airport can be loud, but it really didn’t seem to bother our kids while sleeping. Very comfortable place. Nice kitchen and bathrooms.

Summer in SD

The house was loaded with all the utensils and dishware needed, house was clean and felt freshly updated. As noted the walls are extremely thin and the tall yet cool height of the ceilings gives a very open feel to the house it also creates an eco so you definitely have to watch your volume after 10pm when renting this property.
