Excellent location in Gaslamp area of San Diego (and the garage made getting out easy). Beautiful decor. We used the patio several times and felt like we were in the middle of the comings and goings. Easily gave this 5 stars.

We had everything we needed at this VRBO! Plenty of room with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths right downtown in east village close to gas lamp. It was a modern deco tastefully decorated! Will certainly consider using again.

JD has kept this house in great condition and it is in a great location for walking to the Gaslamp District. He provided all of the basic necessities and was very communicative that he would assist if needed. It was truly a splendid 3 days, that me and my friends will never forget.

The property is ideal for all downtown activities. This included seaport village where we spent allot of fun time. Restaurants within walking distance were fantastic and JD was very easy to work with

The location was perfect. It was 3-4 blocks from the fun gaslamp dristrict, which was great because it was too loud in downtown. We were still close, but did not have the loud noise. There was however still noise since it is close, but not as bad. The area was clean. A couple homeless here and there but that is impossible to avoid in big cities. No violence or sketchy areas. Next to a big grocery store. It was 7 of us for my bachelorette party. Two slept upstairs in the king bed. 1 in the queen bed upstairs in the same room. 2 in the living room extra queen bed and 2 in the downstairs bedroom. All 3 floors had bathrooms and two full showers. Garage so 1 person could bring a car. We did lock ourselves out 1 night which was weird. The last friend had the car so she was able to open the garage gate and door. I was unable to reach the host, but it was 11pm. The host was very attentive and kind and responsive, it was just late that night. The floors could have been a little cleaner but for what we were doing, it did not matter. We all had a blast. It was comfy.
