The east-facing balcony is located off the living room. The new, separate kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as all essential kitchen utensils. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, and internet radio are available. The bedroom, which also features an east-facing balcony, has a double bed integrated into a built-in wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is new, featuring light-colored tiles and a semicircular shower.
