Thank you for acknowledging that the property was great. However, the house rules, required communications, and applicable fees were disclosed as part of the booking process. They were not hidden, added unexpectedly, or created after arrival. These policies are in place to protect the property, manage occupancy, and set clear expectations for every reservation. Guests are responsible for reviewing those terms before booking. Characterizing clearly disclosed requirements as “not upfront” is simply not accurate.

Nice home

Home well furnished and decorated. Clean with fun things to do;pool table, video game. Large house, nice back yard, perfect for gatherings. Manager a little overwhelming with constant text messages, guessing they have been burned by previous renters. Make sure you let them know if you plan to have guests

Great location and property; hot tub isn't available to guests

We enjoyed the property overall, especially the pool table and media room. Great back yard as well.The listing mentioned a hot tub was available as an amenity, but the water was cold. When I contacted the property manager, they said the hot tub was not an amenity offered at that location. Having a hot tub was part of why we booked the house since it was on the listing. Not a huge deal, but don't list it as an amenity if it isn't available to the guests.FYI - in the media room, the projector worked, but the sound system did not, so we watched a movie using the small speaker on the projector and subtitles turned on.
