Luxury is a very special apartment in the feel-good apartment series. Extravagant luxury apartments only 3 km from the New Leipzig Trade Fair, equipped in a modern, highly exclusive design, is our luxury apartment with spacious rooms and huge luxury bathroom with 5-star comfort. Your approximately 25 sqm superior double room welcomes you with a classy design, clear lines and an extremely elegant ambience. The luxury apartments have a modern kitchen (with a French balcony) with all the necessary electrical appliances, such as a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. You can of course prepare your meal with a view of a beautiful garden. The bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower and high quality toiletries. Perfect to get back into high gear after a night of drinking. Alternatively, you can of course recharge your batteries in the apartments.

Super Wohnung, leider etwas laut
Wohnung nahezu perfekt, bis auf fehlenden Staubsauger und schlechter Beleuchtung im Bad. Kein eigener Stellplatz, parken irgendwo im öffentlichen Raum.
Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer vielbefahrenen Straße inklusive Straßenbahn. Vorteil, man ist gut öffentlich angebunden.

Weniger „Luxury“ als erhofft
Hauptsächlich haben wir das so genannte „Luxury Appartement“ gebucht, da es über die Möglichkeit einer Saunanutzung verfügen sollte (gegen Gebühr- was für uns in Ordnung gewesen wäre, da es so im Inserat stand).
Leider war die Sauna nicht für Gäste sondern nur zur privaten Nutzung vorgesehen (auch auf Nachfrage).
Das gleiche Spiel mit dem Grillplatz.
(Hätten wir es vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns einen günstigeren Schlafplatz gewählt)
Von der Straßenbahn haben wir vorher gelesen (aus vorheriger Bewertung). Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir unbedingt Ohropax empfehlen, da diese sehr laut ist.
Das Appartement dient nur zum Schlafen, da es lediglich eine einzige Möglichkeit gibt zu viert zusammen zu essen oder sich zu unterhalten: ein Tisch mit Bank und 2 Stühlen in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer.
Das Einzige, das unserer Meinung nach wirklich Luxury ist, war das große Badezimmer mit tollem Licht und großer Regendusche.
Schade, da das Appartement mehr potenzial hat. Man könnte so viel mehr Zufriedenheit der Gäste erreichen, indem man das Inserat aktualisiert und nicht mit etwas wirbt, was man sowieso nicht nutzen kann. Oder diese Sachen zur Nutzung frei gibt.
Der Check-In und Check-Out funktionierte reibungslos. Obwohl die Zugangsdaten vorab nicht geschickt wurden, kam die „Vermieterin“ direkt zur Hilfe und gab ebenfalls Tipps zur Parksituation.
Cool fanden wir, dass keine Schlüssel nötig waren, sondern Codes für ein Zahlentürschloss.

Wenn man einen Luxuspreisurlaub an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse mit Strassenbahn ( Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite), mit Garten( Pool und Aussenküche nur zum Angucken- nicht für Urlaubernutzung) und Sauna ( nicht nutzbar, nicht mal gezeigt von dem Vermieter) machen will, soll gerne dort buchen. Wir sind maßlos empört, wie man sich so luxuriös präsentieren kann und nichts davon ist für den zahlenden Gast. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen und diese sollte NICHT als Luxusappartement gelistet sein!!!

ein wunderschöner nur viel zu kurzer Urlaub in Leipzig
Eine sehr nette Familie die sehr viel Herzblut und viel Arbeit mit Liebe zum Detail in die Wohnung gesteckt haben. Wir haben es sehr genossen in der Wohnung zu entspannen nach einem Stadtbummel oder dem Zoo Besuch in Leipzig. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
