The cottage Fingerhut is located in a quiet location in the highest mountain village of the park. In Hohegeiß, an idyllic district of Braunlage, you will find the ideal starting point for many activities, both in the warm and in the cold season.

In the holiday home Fingerhut you have found the perfect accommodation to enjoy with friends or in a larger family the holiday experience resin. On 180sqm living space can comfortably accommodate up to twelve adults. With the equipment we have a special attention to make the accommodation appealing and safe for children. Let us know if you need a travel cot or a high chair. At the dining table of the spacious kitchen you will find all together space, but there are also plenty of opportunities to retire in the house or on the large terrace. For the special well-being the garden sauna is at your disposal.
Living and eating
The large table in the 33qm large kitchen on the ground floor invites you to sit together outside of the meals. Upstairs you will find a fully equipped living room with a large flat screen TV. The use of Wi-Fi is free for you.
The bedrooms
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are about 15 square meters and each equipped with a comfortable box spring double bed.
In the basement there is another cozy bedroom with a large double bed.
Three further bedrooms are on the first floor with a large box spring double bed, one with a double bed and in the small bedroom a large single bed (140x200cm).
All bedrooms have a Smart TV (32 inches)
The kitchen In the modern open kitchen on the ground floor, which is directly connected to the dining area, you will enjoy cooking and sitting together. In addition to the ceramic hob, oven and the fridge-freezer, there is of course a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
bathrooms
There are two lovingly spruced-up bathrooms that have retained the charm of yesteryear, each with a bath / shower and a large heated mirror and hair dryer. On the ground floor there is another guest toilet.

In the basement of the house you will find a laundry room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. The shoe dryer in the floor area ensures that your wet snowshoes are quickly ready for the next ski tour or snow hiking. Furthermore, there is a lockable room for bikes, skis etc.
outdoors
The 900 sqm plot is completely fenced, so you can let your children play here relaxed. There are three car parking spaces available.
The 80 square meters large terrace offers tables with comfortable seating for up to twelve people, as well as three sun loungers. You can barbecue together or end the day at the fireplace, roast bread over the flames and enjoy the time together. The highlight is the garden sauna, which is available during your stay.
In the vicinity In the radius of about 700m you will find a bakery, a Burgerimbiss, a small supermarket and the bike rental. Other restaurants are within walking distance.

Currently the holiday home Fingerhut is completely renovated and gets a modern design.
The entire furniture is being modernized. As soon as the refurbishment is completed, we will supplement current pictures in the gallery.
