We had a wonderful stay! Our group was in town for a work conference and stayed for two nights, and this property was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully set up. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the space was incredibly accommodating for our group. It made coming back after long conference days easy and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent. We loved being able to stay together as a family vs hotel rooms. It was nice having a kitchen complete with all supplies we could have ever needed Our grandkids lived all the toys and the theater room was fantastic! We had a family wedding weekend in Noblesville which led us to this home. It was perfect with 4 bedrooms and all of the other things a family would need to navigate the rehearsal and wedding and coming and going of our family. This home was so comfortable and homey. It was so well equipped - might be best equipped VRBO throughout our years. The area is excellent for restaurants, shopping, quick errands, etc. Thank you Kim for making the wedding weekend with a new baby go very smoothly!!!

It really is a gem! The house was great and so was the location. We were there for a graduation that was quite far away and it was totally worth the drive coming back each night. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and really felt like a home. Not to mention the amenities, a masterclass in hosting. Great communication as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to all.

Kim was a wonderful host and was very communicative. My flight put me at the house about an hour before official check in time and she was able to confirm that I could go ahead and enter the property a bit early. I was able to knockout some work before the weekend began.The property itself was ideal for our group. We had 4 guys on a golf trip, and the house was very close to Bridgewater and Crooked Stick, two of the courses we played. We also each had our own bed and there was a nice master bedroom with tons of closet space and its own bathroom that the first person to arrive got to claim. Each bedroom had at least a queen bed and some closet and drawer space. One of us had a Tesla and he was able to use the garage to charge his car, which was very convenient.We do this trip every year and have always stayed two to a hotel room. We will never be doing that again, and will probably try to stay here again next year! Thanks, Kim!
