The Pipkins were great host. The property was as listed and for the price and location, it’s hard to beat. Plenty of parking and caught plenty of blue crabs off the private dock. Great location and close to the military base. I would certainly recommend this property to others.

This is my second time staying at this house. Just the right amount of contact from host. Nice location off I95 just far enough to not hear the traffic with easy access to St Marys or Fernandina Beach area

All was great! Easy communication with a manager. TV is all worked and easy to operate. Brand new grill, which was great. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning worked great.

We had an excellent experience at the River House. The setting was amazing, the place was immaculate and the proximity to activities was perfect. We used the River House as operation central for our daughter's wedding. It was so nice to have a place to gather and get organized and we actually ended up extending our stay to accommodate out of town guests after the wedding. We so appreciated how well stocked the home was, cookware, coffee maker with coffee, full sized appliances and even a washer dryer. We would definitely recommend the River House to others!

The house was great. There were 12 of us staying over the Thanksgiving holiday and we were all comfortable and happy. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing that would have made our trip better is if the dock was usable to dock our boat at. It seemingly needs some maintenance.

River house is truly a great spot. Large clean welcoming and surrounded by tress. There plenty of space to spread out and we loved using the ping pong table! Great location to go to St Mary’s or not far from St Simon’s beach.Our host was so ready to take care of every need and was quickly responsive!I would highly recommend her house

This was a wonderful place to stay, very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, and everything was as advertised. This is close to so many things around, and there was plenty of stuff to do. There is a lot of room, a lot of very unique areas that added to the experience of the stay. Would definitely recommend.
