Welcome to @PineLakeLodgeMN, a kid and pet friendly (fee) cabin located only one hour from the Twin Cities on Pine Lake. Includes access to a huge game room and theater. This is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life, as well as a great spot for all things outdoors such as ice fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sledding and more! We're just across the way from East Rush Lake and minutes from downtown Rush City. Come and watch the sunset from your private deck while you relax at this cozy little cabin! Please note, Pine Lake is a small, shallow lake for non motorized watercraft (which we provide). Fishing is not productive, but it’s great to take the boats out and have fun. There is great fishing across the street on East and West Rush Lake. Swimming is also not advised due to the abundance of lily pads and cattails. There are many options for swimming nearby if that is of interest.

We had a fantastic time here. Brian and Amy made sure that the property was accurately listed, clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to get away for a few days. There was something for everyone here!
This is our second time staying at this location and we will definitely be back!
Easy to work with, very accommodating, clean and private.
A great place to stay!
We stayed two nights. The property was organized and clean. Plenty of room on the property to enjoy the outdoors. Nice quiet location. We had a great time.
We had a great time during our stay! The cabin is super cute and the gates on the porch made it easy to sit outside with our dogs and enjoy the weather. They also loved running and playing in the yard. The Grumpy Minnow nearby had great food and the friendly staff recommended some fun places to go hiking nearby.
Great place to get away! Near good rock climbing and peaceful kayaking. All the details were thought through from extra propane for the grill right down to spiting the provided fire roasting sticks after talking about getting our own!
It was a great time. The extras that the owner provided were amazing and very helpful. The location is very close to Rush Lake and flickabirds. The pond is great for canoeing and relaxing.
We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The property owners were fabulous, not only answering any questions we had but provided a great source of information on local restaurants and attractions. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed (including snacks!) which was very much appreciated.
My wife, son and I had a great time at your cabin. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunsets and appreciated how quiet and secluded the location is. We liked being able to use the gas grill a few times and it was nice to be able to take the kayak out on the small lake. We even got to see a few Loons and Swans swimming around!
We took advantage of the pack n play which lightened our load on our drive up, and appreciated a few kids’ toys being on site too.
Great spot for a quick getaway and we hope to stay again in the future.
Property was clean and very, very thoughtfully appointed. Everthing was available that you might need. Property owners were very communicative and nice to deal with. Great for a family. If you are not familiar with this area or part of the country, you might be surprised by all the lily pads in the lake, and the size of the lake outside the cabin. (Pretty small)
three of us stayed at pine lake lodge for a girls weekend. it was just the right size for the 3 of us. the weather was gorgeous. we especially enjoyed the patio deck, firepit and grill. because of the drought, the water was a little too low for paddling, kayaking etc but we had a great time nevertheless. thank you!
This place was the most well equipped rental I have ever stayed at.
I especially appreciated the visible first aid kit even though we didn't use it.
It was lovely to canoe on the empty lake among the lilypad flowers.
The only possible improvement would be a later check out time.
We came out from GreenBay area to watch our nephews play hockey and spend time with their family.
The owners were very helpful with questions ahead of time and all thru our stay. They responded very quickly and were very clear in their communications.
We were able to check in earlier than stated , which was a nice surprise as we didn’t request early check-in. Their directions for getting into the house and how to work everything was very clear and made it all go very smoothly.
The cabin is adorable and was very clean when we arrived. They were completely fine with our family coming there to visit.
The location was absolutely perfect for us. It was within 10 minutes of our family’s home, and we were fairly closely located to the different ice arenas the boys competed in. There were several very good options for food/drinks very close by. And the kids were able to ice skate and ice fish right behind the cabin and also right across the road off of Flickabirds.
Their checkout process is super easy and they also sent us an email explaining exactly how to proceed with that.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this cabin in the future!
We greatly enjoyed our "retreat" at the Pine Lake Lodge, despite the cool rainy weather. The leaves on the trees were nearly at the peak of their brilliance. The view of the small lake and the fall colors from the porch were beautiful!
Brian has done an excellent job of renovating his cabin. The cabin and location are better than can be captured in pictures. The cabin had many thoughtful "extras" - first aid kit, flashlights, umbrellas, night lights in the rooms and commons areas, board and card games, etc. We also appreciated the notebook and email that included informations about the area, such as, activities, restaurants, grocery stores, location of the nearest hospital and clinic, etc. Brain was both proactive and responsive in his communication and answers to our questions. As soon as we got home, we started looking at dates for our next visit to the Pine Lake Lodge.
We enjoyed our stay at Pine Lake Lodge, a relaxing getaway for a few days. We spent time on the deck, read books, grilled dinners, and watched the sunsets and the night sky. The cabin is light filled and pleasant. The hosts are responsive and helpful and have paid attention to what may be needed from extra pillows to flashlights to kitchen tools. The cabin is close to the road but there wasn't much traffic during the weekdays and most of our time was spent on the deck and lakeside. No houses are visible from the lakeside of the property so its quite peaceful. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. He was interested in a deer that crossed the yard and some free-ranging chickens up the road that we saw on a walk. Recommend this place as an easy and relaxing getaway from city life.
