Enjoy time together at this newly updated year round cabin on Cross Lake, a fully recreational lake in Pine City, just 1 hour from the Cities!
This newly renovated cabin features open concept main level kitchen, family room, and dining areas with fantastic lakefront views. There are 3 large patios to enjoy the view from, as well as areas for an evening outdoor fire. The lower level has 2 Queen bedrooms and the master bathroom, as well as another living room with a large sectional and TV. Extra sleeping for 4 is available in the air conditioned Bunk House just outside the main house and gives lake views. City water and sewer, AC/Heat, city water. Pontoon rental via homeowner is an option. This is a lakefront gem to enjoy!
Fish,boat jet ski,kayak,paddle board,swim, or just relax quietly on one of the large patios overlooking 100 ft of the lakeshore. A dock is available to tie up your toys; the public dock is not far away to drop in.
CL is connected to Lake Pokegama by a small cruise on the Snake River. Walkable to Downtown PC and the Pine County Fairgrounds, which hosts weekly music, markets & events.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pick up any pet litter and put waste trash in outdoor bin daily.
Turn off AC unit in Bunk House. Put house AC to 76.
Absolutely no smoking in any of the structures.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
City Quiet hour rules for rentals is 9 pm-7 am Sunday to Thursday; 11 pm-7 am Friday, Saturday, and holidays. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
There is NO access to the large garage on site.
When outdoors, contain your pet within the large fenced and gated area. There is a specific zone for their bathroom needs. P/U poop daily.
