Ring camera at door. No cameras in backyard for your privacy. Blue velvet & palm trees through out home to give our guest the vibe of Havana without having to go to Havana. Hot tub, New Beds, Pool table in living room, Gazebo, Garden & Fire Pit. Board games, bingo, drinking games avail for your stay. Cozy bungalow, big fenced in backyard for your privacy. Smoking allowed, no worries, as long as it's outdoors. Enjoy the privacy of the home, sits on an acre of land. Open bay windows to enjoy the scenic view but also black out curtains. Deep cleaning of indoors & hot tub performed after every guest. We take pride in providing a clean space & 5 star experience. Lounge indoors with Tvs in each room which has Roku, Netflix, Hulu. 5 min drive to Downtown Griffin where you can go wine Tasting. Book your horse back riding at the stables. Visit The Original Walking Dead Tour of Senoia’s The Walking Dead film locations. See the film sites from Seasons 3 through the present season, along with some great insider stories about Seasons 1, 15 mins to Senoia, Atlanta Motor speedway or High Falls Water Park. 5 mins from Spalding Pickleball Center. Visit the safari at Noah's ark 10 mins away and enjoy the animals with the kiddies. Parking in driveway for 4 vehicles. Relaxing and close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts communicated well and the property was as advertised. The backyard was great for our dog to run around, and for us to relax, in. Super close to downtown Griffin, which was very convenient.

Stayed there for the weekend for my daughters graduation. Super cute house in a very quite neighborhood. One of the rooms was kinda hot at night but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing place to stay

In a quiet neighborhood with lively fenced back yard that had hot tub and more than one screened area to relax in. Teen grandkids enjoyed the small pool table. Great stay!! Only thing was that most of soap bottles were empty or filled with water.

The owners were very responsive and helpful. The house was charming and had great vibes. Downtown was close by and definitely worth checking out, with lots of fun bars, restaurants, and walkable areas. The floors were pretty dirty, judging by how our socks looked within the first hour. The backyard had potential but needed some TLC. It was overgrown, the features were worn down, the gate was hard to open (and there’s no direct door to the yard), and the grill didn’t work. We were also looking forward to using the hot tub, but it had just been shock treated, and the chemicals were too strong to enjoy.

Fun and pet friendly!

This cute little house was perfect for our family of four plus two small dogs. We only needed to stay for one night during a road trip but we made the most of it! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space at night. Host supplied lots of games in the house. We made sure to enjoy the hot tub at night. Yard is very private and quiet. Host had great communication and even accommodated us checking in early which is very helpful when you’ve been driving all day.

Nice little Oasis

Want to thank Cedric amd Sabrina for having us at this property during Atlanta race weekend. The location was perfect for us as was the size for 4 people. They even let us check in earlier then planned with no extra charge . I liked the way the bathrooms were set up. That made it super convenient for our group as well . We loved the pool table and entertained ourselves by playing pool and just hanging out . Super chill vibe as well . Beds and bedding were very comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area . Thank you 😊

Cute and cozy

Our stay here was really comfy and nice. Sabrina is such an amazing and attentive host. Whatever we needed, she was there to help and checking in on us. Most part, the house was very clean and organize. The only thing was, it looked like the floor wasn’t properly mopped. My husband’s feet got a bit dirty. I wore house slippers so I was fine lol. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again Sabrina for accommodating us and our furbabies. We truly appreciate you.

Pleasant stay

The property was as described in Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Property manager/owner(s) were attentive to everything. A storm blew threw and many lost power. Almost, simultaneously, the manager/owner(s) were reaching out to me as I was informing them of the outage. They apologized for what was beyond their control and communicated with me throughout the night with updates regarding when the power would be restored. Outstanading!!! Gracious and thankful for being allowed to stay in your home.

Georgia getaway

Ok but not great. No bath towels or wash cloths when arrived. Someone did bring some but never had hand towels or dish towels. Floors dirty. After 2 hours feet were black. Had to mop flooring. Was a mop on premises. Very limited kitchen utensils. Plastic forks and aluminum foil pans do not constitute kitchen amenities. Grill was also stated as an amenitie but was no damn grill on site! 1 to 2 people for 1 to 2 nights would be fine. More than that....find another place.
